We remake all molds with no charge in warranty period, which is different for different issues. Refer to guarantee and remake policy part of the site.

A 90-day limited warranty for fitting issues like: feedback, discomfort or manufacturer error and a year for material defects. Remake will be performed freely if the customer doesn’t make changes on the original earmold. Shipping charges will be paid in first order only and not for remake.

In most cases, the order will be shipped the following day of receipt.

A new order form must be filled out completely, including the remake information at the bottom left of the form and a detailed audiogram, in order to provide you with the best opportunity to receive a new mold, which matches the needs of your client most closely. That includes returning the unsatisfactory mold so that our technicians can compare the differences between the old mold and the new impression. This process is necessary to provide a good fit.

You can get it in the same day but with an additional payment.
